NovaVPN ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our VPN services.
2. What We Collect
- Device info (type, OS, app version, country-level location) to improve service.
- Connection data (time, protocol, network type) kept temporarily for service quality, deleted within 48 hours.
- Analytics data collected through Firebase, including performance metrics, crash diagnostics, and feature usage. This information is aggregated and cannot identify you personally.
- Advertising-related data collected by Google AdMob (e.g., device identifiers, coarse location, ad interactions).
NovaVPN displays only non-personalized ads by default.
3. What We Don’t Collect
We do not log or store your IP address, browsing history, DNS queries, or any personally identifiable information.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate certain features of our application:
- Firebase, provided by Google, for analytics and crash reporting.
- Google AdMob for displaying non-personalized advertisements.
These services may collect device information as described in their own privacy policies.
They cannot access your VPN traffic or any data transmitted through our encrypted tunnel.
